Karen and Paul,
I want to thank both of you for all of your exceptionally hard work
over
the last couple of months. I genuinely appreciate how much you
guys have truly gone out of the way to expedite my
home buying
process, even in the face of a short and rushed closing date, myself
being a first time home buyer, and
the very particular nature of my
FHA loan. I can't begin to explain how much of an emotional and
stressful event
it has been for me to close on my first house. I'm
just realizing how spaced out and mentally strained I have been
during
the last week of this process, particularly the last two days. I
didn't expect, and didn't even realize
at the time, how mentally
taxing this process would be. I apologize if I seemed stressed out or
overly concerned
during the last couple of days because I really was
both of the former. Thanks to both of you guys, I've learned
a lot
about home buying and real estate through this experience and I
especially appreciate having people such as yourselves
on my side
throughout the entire process. You have been there, at the drop of a
hat, to accurately and clearly
answer any questions and address all
concerns that I had I a truly appreciate it.
Karen, I want to thank you especially
for all of your hard work in
helping me find this place. I owe it all to you. You have been like
Family
to my mother and I since the beginning and I know that you
worked especially hard on this to ensure that everything went
as
smooth as possible. Thanks and Hugs to you! I know this has not
exactly been a walk in the park for any of
us, and again I'm sorry for
stressing out on Tuesday night. I was truly out of my mind. Now that
everything
is past I am extremely happy with my new home and look
forward to settling in. Again, I would like to express my
most
sincere gratitude for all of your hard work in getting me into my
first home.
